It’s the best laptop for the online class
This laptop is the best laptop for students who play mid-range games and attending for online classes. It’s been 1 and half months since I have bought this laptop for my son. There’s is 1 problem whenever we don’t update the laptop gets slow but it’s not a big deal The 1TB of HDD is great but I suggest SSD and the boot time takes 2-3 mins and the i3 is a blast it can handle games perfectly. I suggest Lenovo only

Nice looking laptop with office and genuine window
The colour silver grey and sleek design give premium look.
And the best part for me was the OS and Office were pre-installed. So I didn’t have to waste my time in getting crack and basic software installation. For this price, it was a good package.

Laptop speed is just okay.
The speed of the laptop doesn’t seem like it has 8GB ram. Moreover like a 4GB ram laptop only.

Disappointed
Having worked with Acer, Dell and HP, wanted to try Lenovo and was disappointed as the machine was painfully slow from boot up to shut down.
Ordered a replacement and still the same. Going back to tried and tested HP.
Update: problem occurred with HP too, was told the issue was the unavailability of SSD. After installing SSD, the HP machine was fast, maybe that was the issue with Lenovo too

Useless Product
Don’t recommend this laptop, it’s a box very slow and in my case, MS Office was not installed as described. Though it is lightweight and battery backup is modest. Light because there is nothing inside maybe 😂😂. Would suggest for low-end users like browsing and light school work. Keypad keys are coming out, no backlit keyboard, no fingerprint, face recognition, screen brightness is poor, the sound is not good enough, long useless keypad.

Slowest laptop ever used
This is a trash product. It took minutes to complete this sentence.
The laptop works dead slow. Very frequently freezes for every two to three seconds.
Don’t buy this laptop
Within two months number keys not working. I had used Dell, HP, Acer and the first time I tried Lenovo and realized that this is the worst brand.

Charger damaged just in 2 months
As far as Laptop functionality consideration it’s working just fine but at the same time, its accessories are also of the same importance, without a charger/battery you can’t operate the laptop. The laptop charger stopped working and some liquid-like contents from it started burning. Having no nearest service center, It will cost me extra to buy a new Charger. The company should provide well-tested and good performing accessories.

Stopped Working in 1 Month and “NO” Support”
Laptop Stopped Working in 1 Month and “NO” Support” whatsoever; Amazon sends us to Lenovo. Lenovo has the worst support system; initially, we were happy but as it stopped working and, we are struggling to get support from either Amazon or Lenovo.
Will “STRONGLY” recommend not to buy, as it may be the best product but of no use if it has no proper after-sales support.
