Best headphone with mic

This is an awesome product. Period! I was very confused about whether to buy or not after reading the negative feedback but thought of trying cause it is not very expensive.

For the price, this product deserves 5 ratings. The following review is based on the usage for online meetings on zoom, Teams, Webex, Jabber, etc.

Voice quality is crisp n clear. Noise cancellation is pretty good, moderate loud TV sound in the background is sufficiently suppressed, haven’t tested it for Pressure Cooker whistle. Coming to comfort, it felt fine to me. But again that’s subjective. I found it comfortable enough for a 60 minutes nonstop meeting. The wire is very long.

The only lagging aspect of the body is the wire quality I felt it to be a bit substandard, overall looked a little fragile but considering the price, there’s no other wired headphone compared to this.

No wonder this headphone is no 1 best seller in the headphones category on Amazon.

Great stereo effect and clear sound

A decent product at this price range. The stereo effect is very good where you can hear crystal clear sounds plus the voice. The single 3.5 mm jack that acts as both mic & speaker is an added advantage. And, the product weight is very light where you don’t feel like wearing it on your head. Compared to other models of headsets this one gives less hearing pain after long hours of usage, you may experience little pain but that is ok it is manageable. Overall the quality, design, and performance of the product are good at this price range. It is good for both listening to music and skype calls, but if you want purely a high bass then this is not for you, but the stereo effect is enjoyable than the bass.

Truly Value for Money

Such a perfect find!

Was looking for budgeted headphones that have a decent mic. The purpose is being served. Though it picks up background noise like TV and people talking in the room… But it certainly reduces to a good amount. The Zoom app has background noise cancellation settings that can be tweaked and its performance can be further leveraged.

The sweet thing is how it renders music. Especially those 1980-90s music. This headphone gives a nostalgic feel of using the cassette walkman of the 1990s. The sound is very balanced and decent and loud enough. Of course, I did some tweaks to my phone to optimize its performance.

Given this price point, this is a very decent investment for Zoom/Con calls. Highly recommended.

Best product in this price range.. crystal clear voice calls

Great, rather ideal product for work from the home call. Clear sound, comfortable fit, and long cord. No worries for asking someone to speak again. After using a lot of other products like realme buds, Blaupunkt headphones, etc. I find these best for calling, though they give a feeling of working in a call center, it just does the work great. Go for it, best in this budget. Volume control is not there, but I use mobiles volume rocker. This is best for telephonic conversation and not for music.

Very poor quality and cheap product – didn’t expect this from Logitech.

I purchased this product on 26th Aug 2019, and in less than 3 months, the microphone stick is already broken, no force was applied, it just cracked when bringing the stick towards the mouth. So this product is not wear-and-tear resistant.

To save cost I bought this Rs 699 product, but now I see that it may be better to buy a JBL or Sony in the Rs 1000 to Rs 1500 range and they would last a good 2 – 3 years at least. I have seen the quality of Sony headsets, and the quality can’t be compared at all with this pathetic Logitech headset.

Very Bad negative Rating experience

The worst level of noise cancellation and sound quality. I would say if there is a negative Rating I’ll rate -5…very pathetic…I’ll suggest you guys if you are really looking for calling headphones Don’t go with it don’t ever think to buy this useless product…I bought this product based on customers rating which is 4 Star till now…I am unable to return this product, unfortunately…Even the Logitech Don’t think about their product description it says stereo headset with noise cancellation and looks what I got…The local headset with a very badly built noise cancellation function…They also said soft cushion I found it only one layer cushion and what they said soft cushion they don’t even know what is soft cushion is if you wear this headset for more than just 1 hr your ears get irritated and you feel a lot of pain of your ear…Apart from this if you ignore this cushioning it’s okay not many expectations in this price range for comfort but what about the performance if I described the noise cancellation feature Logitech needs a lot of work on that and please don’t promote false specifications about your product…I am very disappointed

Good For PCs Not good for Android Smartphone

Pros:-

1-This Headphone is good for PCs.

2-Noise cancellation really works.

Cons:-

1-Not good for Android Phones, as I have faced a problem where when I plug in the headphone to my Moto G5sPlus Phone it reduces the ringtone/media volume automatically. because most headphones receive a signal for volume control and this headphone delivers a different signal for volume control which causes to reduce the volume.

2-Price is too high, For the same price and lower you can get a branded headphones (wired/wireless). Or you may go for hp or iball headphones they are cheap and provides decent sound quality.

3-Material quality used is not good at all very cheap plastic used.

Negative Review 4

Compatibility issue

Good working in computer. But its jack is not compatible with any of my phone’s sockets. Tried with 3 different phones of the different manufacturer not working. Logitech should have provided an adapter plug so that it can be used on modern handheld devices and mobile phones

Used on pc. the sound quality of the speakers and microphone are excellent. Value for money if there were no compatibility issues

update:

It is working fine on mobile phones. don’t use the back over when using this on the phone as it will affect the pin not entering the socket

Negative Review 5

Can’t wear them for long

I bought these for online training sessions that I conduct. While the sound quality of both the headphones and the mic is perfect – my (outer) ears parts (Helix) start aching after wearing them continuously for more than 30min or so. So if you planning to use these for a longer duration – look for something that has a better cushion and does not press against your ears so much. Somehow I expected Logitech would have figured this out and resolved this issue.
