Better than Redmi phones in the same budget.
I have had used many Redmi phones. I am comparing this with my Poco M2 Pro:
- Narzo sure does feel premium compare to Poco. Its OS is clean and bloatware-free.
- Narzo feels much lighter, but I weigh on scale Poco and Narzo weigh the same. I think Narzo has better weight distribution.
- The camera is good. I feel no difference compared to Poco. Night camera is average, it cannot capture all the details that our eyes can see in low light. Poco too doesn’t fair well in low light.
- Calling is okay. Speaker volume is much low: forget using speakerphone. Poco has a very loudspeaker volume. This is the only downside.
- I liked Amazon giving flat exchanges for older phones, albeit lower than Flipkart. Flipkart devalued my phone further upon inspection even though the phone met all the checks.
- Summary, if you are tired of using Redmi phones, this is a better option @ 10K.

One of the best phone for the price.
Very happy with Realme UI and the phone’s build quality. I was not happy with the Redmi phone OS and wanted the Realme phone for my mom for around 10K. This one is really good. Pleasantly surprised that the user interface is on par with Google Pixel 4a stock Android. The weight of the phone is evenly distributed, so won’t feel heavy. Not very bulky and has good battery backup as well. I think Realme should be the brand to go for budget phones. Yes, there are so many models, but we have many options to choose from.

Excellent Mobile
Superb mobile in this price, camera quality also very good, all features are good and slim body is looking great, I have exchanged mobile with my old one and I got exchange value more than the market price, the packaging is good and delivered on time, delivery boy’s behaviour is very polite, overall Amazone is always trusted worthy, we could buy anything without any doubt, I am a regular customer of amazone and I experienced that it has not cheater policies like Flipkart. Better than Samsung at this price!!!
This is an honest review,
1)Phone is very fast and fluid,
2) fingerprint and face unlock is ultra-fast
3) camera could have been better but ok for the budget
4) battery life is amazing
5) fast os app update is faster
The missing thing is a super AMOLED screen but ok for the budget, internal Sound quality is not good, brightness is also amazing, so overall amazing smartphone!!

The sound quality is very low, poor.
Hi, I was quite unhappy with this phone. Video calls and speaker calls sound is very low. Unwanted pre-install apps are crowded. The major issue is regarding sound quality. Media sound is low even on full volume. Needed to review after one month. Will update more.

The camera is not up to the mark. Doesn’t look like 50MP don’t buy if looking for a good camera.

Bad phone quality
Within one month the phone has stopped working. The network signal connection stopped working on this phone. We tested it with a few sims that worked on other phones but the moment we put the sim in this realms phone the signal would just not connect. Bad experience! Cannot return or exchange. Feel cheated!!

Worst quality of the camera and hanging problem.
The camera quality is the worst and it hangs continuously after one day of use. I have never been experiencing this. its service is pathetic. now I can’t even return or replace it. whenever I want to play songs on wynkmusic..it hangs. I have been using redmi and Vivo before this company.. and I was happy with both of them..but this realme product is just the worst. I bought it for the camera purpose. but it is worst.don’t buy this phone …and one more last thing. I never reviewed any products here on Amazon before it but it will help you so I reviewed it.
