Best machine value for the money
Hi All, after a continuous struggle for 7 days I finally fixed this model. Believe me, it is the best and was fitting to all my requirements.
1) Latest processor
2) Helpful for mid-range tasks, browsing, coding, entertainment
3) FHD display
4) 8 GB ram, expandable to 16 GB
5) 512 GB SSD –> it makes booting really quick
6 ) battery 6 hours

SSD VARIANT IS A MUST // DELL IS RELIABLE
This laptop is the perfect one for all your work-from-home requirements. It boots up fast and runs like a high-end laptop. I even tried video editing on premiere pro, it runs is smooth. To begin with, the Intel 11th Gen chips on its 10nm process is the biggest upgrade intel has rocked in more than half a decade. While each generation has a modest 5% improvement over the previous, the 11th Gen. Laptop chips are more to the order of 20% (something for which AMD is to be thanked more than Intel!)
This processor is the fastest* you can (currently) have in a laptop (*except the Apple’s M1, which is a different beast altogether, if you know what you’re dealing with). Even the same generation i7 has such a small margin of improvement over this one, that one might excuse it for being statistically insignificant.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, it’s an SSD laptop. Guys, this much has in 2021, don’t go for HDD laptops. It will cost 2-3k more but trust me, it’s worth for the long run.
DISPLAY is not IPS, it’s TFT, and it’s fine for watching movies, playing casual games, and coding. But if you want a crispier display go for this IPS laptop from HP, it’s far more recent/latest but a bit costlier, here on amazon.in/GP/product/B08XNYN5QV. Although on sale days, they sell for the same price.
Other than that, this is the go-to laptop for all working professionals and students.

Compact light-weight laptop.

The most Horrible Product
I had bought this product on 6th July 2021 and I am writing this on 8th September 2021. So I believe I can give a comprehensive usage summary.
To begin with, I received a defective product, the earphone socket was not working and the earphones/headphones were not getting detected!!
I replaced it within one week and got a new one, which again had the same problem!!
Now I contacted DELL, and the kind of help that I received from them is just PATHETIC!!
All they would ask is to update the drivers, and this continued for 2months, after which they sent a mechanic yesterday.
He couldn’t understand the source of the problem and blindly changed the motherboard. Now my system has got slower, but the issue still PERSISTS!!
Whenever I contact DELL, they still ask me to update the drivers.
I have suffered a lot with this product, and the DELL customer service.
I do not want any one of you to go through this!! Please make your choices sensibly, after thorough research, don’t commit the same mistake as me. I blindly went forward with DELL, thinking about the brand name only…

Big scam
Don’t buy this laptop, there is no backlit keyboard. If u ask them they will blame dell and dell people will blame amazon. The laptop is a defective one and the product was already registered on someone else name on17th sept, although I ordered it on 2nd October. It is a big scam, nothing is working in the laptop

Dell Laptops: Poor quality and horrible service!
Bought a Dell Vostro 3400 on 2nd Nov 2001 from Amazon! In a couple of weeks had Audio/Speaker/Microphone issues. Lodged a service request on 25th Nov 2021 with Dell Technical Support and still today i.e 16th Dec 2021 my issues remained unresolved!! Amazon couldn’t give any support in this regard. A photo of 29th Nov is attached. Don’t buy Dell laptops as they have horrible after-sales service!!

Never buy this.
Waste product. Starts complaint within one week. Amazon replaced the product and the new product was also full of complaints. Irresponsible customer service. They never solve your problem. Complaints coming in each week. Waste of money. Go for other companies. Don’t buy Dell products. Rating:0

No backlit but the rest of the features are good as expected.
Performance is good but not backlit. The seller isn’t honest about it. I don’t understand how this product is supported as the official product actually has a backlit for this model.
