If you can’t find the solution on Yahoo answers, make an account and ask the question yourself! Usually it takes at max an hour to get a reply and their usually of great quality.
If you haven’t got a reply and you feel lost, join a forum related to computers with lots of geeky, active members, such as www.computer-juice.com/forums/ and beg for help!
Finally, offer a refund if you’re completely out of options, but by saying things like “I was up all night trying” or “it’s a physical problem that I can’t tell you how to repair without seeing a technician” and showing that you put a lot of effort in, they’ll most likely not want a refund
