How do you get along with co-workers?
Answer: I generally get along very well with coworkers Occasionally I might run into a conflict with someone. When this happens, I usually focus on what the conflict is about rather than on personalities. I find that approach helps me to maintain a successful relationship with anyone — and often leads to resolution and strengthened relationships
