– Comes with Office 2019 lifetime
– No backlit keyboard
– Performance is good, been using it for school work without any hassle
– Upgrade to Windows 11 was smooth
– Battery lasts well, 4-5 hours when on zoom calls
– Screen is quite ok, the brightness is good for daylight work
The screen hinge is super weak. I started hearing a noise when opening/closing the lid. At one instance, when opening the laptop, the hinge was completely dismantled from the screen and the lid could no more be opened. I’ve sent the laptop to the authorized dell center and awaiting their response.

I recommend this is a very good laptop for online Classes and general purposes.
Laptop quality, design, screen quality is too good. Battery backup is also good. The backlit keyboard is attractive and the touchpad is just outstanding. The touchpad works so smoothly.
I am very happy about this.
Also Amazon fast delivery within 3 days.
I got this 37k in Great Indian sale.

Processing speed and SSD are best in this.
The laptop is good. Processing is fast due to SSD. Screen brightness could have been more. Battery backup is approx 4 hr tested streaming videos online. No Wifi 6 is a disappointment. Bought at 41990. Overall a good laptop. Very fast for daily use. Games can be played like GTA 5 but I will recommend u to play with the charger connected as it will boost the performance. There is No backlit keyboard so it’s difficult to use it in dark. 4 out of 5 stars 🌟. I think this is one of the best laptops one can buy right now. I recommend it to buy. Built quality is also good. This laptop will last a long.

One word TRUST made me to buy this product
I got this product today, I was skeptical about ordering this one because in my mind another product is going on but due to the service centers and poor customer service I have chosen DELL, of course, it’s a market leader in the laptop segment.
Coming to DELL Inspiron 3511
Dell should have priced this in more budget-friendly because it has just 256 SSD it’s disappointing other competitors offer much more in this price segment.
Positive Sides:
- Laptop display I found very good it automatically adjust brightness and no way it matched AMOLED displays ( i felt like that )
- Goodwill of the brand, I already own a dell laptop I have used it for more than 5 years, no issues at all till today
Battery Test:
I have tested this laptop battery and it comes only 3-4 hrs max. DELL should have included a fast charger and the battery capacity should have more at least 6hrs would be worth the price tag.
WIFI:
It comes with WIFI5. Common are you joking DELL most of the brand giving WIFI6
Build Quality:
Good plastic build take care of those hinges (Handle with care)
Worth Buying?
If you want a trusted brand, good service station then take without having any doubts, Overall nice laptop.

Best laptop at This price. Many people say it is not a good laptop …But trust me It is an amazing Laptop. For Day to Day Use.

Most disappointing laptop by laptop, very poor build quality.
The hinge of the laptop gave up within 15 days of use. The return period also has expired. I don’t expect such a poor product from Dell or does Amazon stock substandard products and sell them at discount as a new product. Now I have to take it to the dell after-sales service.

Bad Product Design Flaw Left hinge broken
Serious Design Flaw hinges broken within one month. I am trapped in a newly launched model of dell Inspiron 3511. Dell is the number 1 laptop and is known for its durability but this model is really very pathetic. I purchased this laptop only considering the design of the hinge which lift the laptop when the laptop lid is open. At that time I was not aware that this is the biggest problem of this model. Don’t buy this laptop if you are going to spend your hard-earned money. Please see other brands and models. Don’t have less than 1 star otherwise, I would have given zero

Serious Design flaw of Dell Inspiron
This is very unlike Dell, this model has a serious design issue, the left screen is locked and can’t open screen. Question mark on Dell service, Complaint reported on 26th Oct till date not resolved as the part is not available?

Absolutely horrible customer service
Within one month of purchasing the laptop has developed a touchpad problem. I had to drag through service centers and it got partially fixed but still happens intermittently. Now the hinge of the laptop has become stiff and it has ultimately cracked open from the side and now the laptop is stuck in a position where it can’t be opened. The customer service has been horrible. The service center in Kannur has been absolutely poor in providing any kind of service useful for the customer. They keep on saying that technical support will come to your house and fix it but they never turn up. Absolutely shambolic from dell as we buy brands like dell at a higher price thinking that they will provide quality and good customer support. Please stop treating your customers as trash once you sell your defective product to them.

Horrible build quality
The laptop has very bad build quality. The right hinge came off within 2 months of normal day-to-day usage. Logged a call with Dell. Seems a known issue with this model and the complaint count is so high that the partial order is backlogged by over 50 days for a replacement.
Dell is giving standard responses without any meaningful resolution. They finally agreed to replace the product with a new one. But they are still going in circles giving excuses for pending approval. However, even after that, they would take around 1 and a half months to replace.
This model is absolutely NOT recommendable.
