It’s the best I’ve used
I bought one blue color first and bought a second orange one as it was good.
Pros:
- The texture is really good. It has a kind of sandy plasticky rugged texture which feels really good. And doesn’t come off like a braided cloth one you normally get.
- Sturdy. No matter how hard you pull it doesn’t come off.
- Clicks into place. The moment you insert it kind of locks in with a click. I haven’t seen that kind of tight-fitting on any other cable.
- Charges the phone really fast.
Cons:
To be honest I can’t think of any. Just go for it.

A Gem at A Great Price
I like to give new brands a try and that’s why I purchased Boat USB alongside Boat earphones. And guess what, they have gained my trust in one go. The cable supports Turbocharging with my 3.1A Turbo Charge adapter that came with Lenovo K8 note which I own. It is sturdy and this is definitely going to last the distance. The packet mentions a 2-year warranty, but I am not sure how to go about that. If a 2-year warranty actually exists, this product is a gem.

A very Durable Cable
Very good Cable. I had ordered 1 cable previously, it worked great, also I liked the look and feel. So then I ordered this cable the second time for my second charger. The charging time has also improved after I switched to this cable(maybe my previous cable was not that good, just saying). I have tested it on Samsung Galaxy S4, S4 mini, Redmi Note 4, and real me 2 pro; and it worked fine with each device.

Very Good Product to buy.
I purchased this cable for use with my Realme-1 phone. The quality of the cable is excellent. I am too impressed with it. But the USB port is not a perfect fit for my phone. A little bit of hard push is required to fix the port in the phone. I am afraid of my phone charging port may get dislocated with the hard push. So, I stopped using this cable for it. However, the cable is excellent in quality and good in length. I give it 5 stars for its quality.

4 stars for the perfect sealed package …n for the charging speed. It’s really nice to use this cable with Samsung charging head… awesome I liked the speed.. takes only an hour to full charge j7 next… thanks for it… n the other 1 STAR missing is for the firmness n toughness of the cable…since the cable is too much built… its really hard..n strong that sometimes I feel the charging bin might get damaged if I use it while charging… besides if u don’t use during charging… then .. this is for u… if u r looking for 2 to 4 years to last the cable then go for it… this is it…. thus I like the product… superb… thanks Amazon.

Rugged Cable, but life was short !!!
Hi,
I Purchased this cable on 3rd Oct 2018, as the product specifications were very good and it looked very rugged too. The cable was very impressive and it worked fine for about 85 days, but after that, I found that the cable end connecting towards the phone end becomes slightly shaky ( from the molded portion connecting the cable )and this has resulted in charging not happening and every time I had to hold this connecting end in a particular position only then it might charge..the moment you leave it won’t work. Now I can’t use this cable. I am not sure if this happened due to wear n tear or if this is the actual life expectancy of this cable and connector. As this cable has a 6 monthly warranty, I have contacted the OEM and have raised a complaint and awaiting their input. Hope I can get a replacement.

My BOAT sank!!! TWICE all 4 cables
Would have given 0 for but the option unavailable. I ordered twice and within days (max 10 ) the wire became loose…all 4 cables …for the first 2 I thought maybe it was manhandling on my part but realized it was faulty.
Really pathetic stuff …not recommended

Terrible! Stay away
Awful experience, two of these supposedly “rugged” USB cables became defective within a month of use. Even a cheap roadside cable lasts longer. Both of them have developed loose contact at the micro USB connector end at the same place, I’m having a terrible time twisting and turning the cable to keep it connected, really feel cheated especially when it comes with the tag of ruggedness. Hope their R&D team gets the message, they have made the cable safe but connectors need improvement. Meanwhile, I would suggest staying away from this overpriced equipment.

Pathetic Service
As the product had a warranty of 2 Years, I logged a call and the product was duly picked up and got a confirmation that the boat team has received the product too on the 27th of Sep.
They had committed to come back in 4 days but it’s over 15 days now without any communication.
Prospective buyers to take a conscious call before buying any Boat product.

Not working after 1-month usage in new condition.
After one month’s use, it’s not working anymore. Horrible experience with the boat. It’s in brand new condition but still doesn’t know why it’s not working. Have used it with care but no connection. The product seemed good at the first sight but not tough at all. Will never buy a boat again.
