Pretty good micro USB & fast charger.Compared to Amkette.
🤏 Got both boat make & amkette make cables to compare & here are my views.
♦️ Excellent rigid construction.could last 10000 bends however when compared to amkette , the latter has a better thread density to boat which makes amkette sturdier for bends.
♦️ Unibody design connectors offer additional rigidity with laser welding.
Both boat & amkette are good.
♦️ Fast charging up to 2.4 amp & data transfer is supported.
Both are good.
♦️ Optimum length of cable 1.5 meters for my use.
♦️ Carries a warranty of 2 years by boat.
♦️ Cable organizer tie is not there in boat however in amkette a velcro cable tie is present so better in amkette.
🔷️ Got a new USB type C connector attached to it too to fit all types.
🎯 In totality, I suppose amkette is a better constructed one. This is good too.

It’s the best I’ve used
I bought one blue colour first and bought a second orange one as it was good.
Cons :
- The texture is really good. It has a kind of sandy plasticky rugged texture which feels really good. And doesn’t come off like a braided cloth one you normally get.
- Sturdy. No matter how hard you pull it doesn’t come off.
- Clicks into place. The moment you insert it kind of locks in with a click. I haven’t seen that kind of tight-fitting on any other cable.
- Charges the phone really fast.
Cons:
To be honest I can’t think of any. Just go for it.

A very Durable Cable
Very good Cable. I had ordered 1 cable previously, it worked great, also I liked the look and feel. So then I ordered this cable the second time for my second charger. The charging time has also improved after I switched to this cable(maybe my previous cable was not that good, just saying). I have tested it on Samsung Galaxy S4, S4 mini, Redmi Note 4, and real me 2 pros; and it worked fine with each device.

Good product, go for it
The cable is good and fast charging as well as functions as a data cable too. Only thing is that this is not a 2-in-1 cable. You can use either a micro-USB port or a c-port one at a time. The c-port is branched off in the cable and doesn’t have direct power. It gets powered only if it is connected to the micro-USB port via the connector. So, there is a catch. By the description, I got carried away that two gadgets can be charged simultaneously, but not!
But I don’t have any regret as I wanted a fast charging cable and got it below Rs 300.

Speed is awesome ..and the cable is for rough users… for 5 years… 😉
4 stars for the perfect sealed package …and for the charging speed. it’s really nice to use this cable with Samsung charging head… awesome I liked the speed.. takes only an hour to full charge j7 next… thanks for it… and the other 1 STAR missing is for the firmness n toughness of the cable…since the cable is too much built, it’s really hard and strong that sometimes I feel the charging bin might get damaged if I use it while charging… besides if you don’t use during charging… then .. this is for you… if you are looking for 2 to 4 years to last the cable then go for it… this is it…. thus I like the product… superbly… thanks Amazon…

Rugged Cable, but life was short !!!

I Purchased this cable on 3rd Oct 2018, as the product specifications were very good and it looked very rugged too. The cable was very impressive and it worked fine for about 85 days, but after that, I found that the cable end connecting towards the phone end becomes slightly shaky ( from the molded portion connecting the cable )and this has resulted in charging not happening and every time I had to hold this connecting end in a particular position only then it might charge..the moment you leave it won’t work. Now I can’t use this cable. I am not sure if this happened due to wear n tear or if this is the actual life expectancy of this cable and connector. As this cable has a 6 monthly warranty, I have contacted the OEM and have raised a complaint and awaiting their input. Hope I can get a replacement.

Poor quality connectors
The cable is stronger and rugged no doubt but it has a poor quality connector. I am writing this review after using it for 1 year, and I replaced my cable 3 times just because of poor connectors. Stopped working within a month. Yes off course boat customer service is very good.

Worse product ever purchased on Amazon.
I bought two USB cables after reading the number or review but both the USB cable stopped working after 1 Month of use. Meanwhile, the time limit of return has been expired.
I thought there may be some issue with a particular USB so, in order to give another chance to produce, I have ordered one more cable. I would like to inform the prospective buyers that it again stopped working only after 12 days.
The conclusion I derived is that products work well till the time the return period expires.
Purchase carefully.

Shocked by the performance
Not this time round. Yes, I have bought this data cable for the second time, the first one being the black one. I bought the second fine because the first one got misplaced. But this one was not as sturdy. It in no time developed a loose connection with the charging slot and annoyingly got disconnected every time. Not a manufacturing defect. The other colors are similarly week. Please go in the black one. If you see the cable too for the black one is thicker and stronger

Poorest after sales service
Stopped working in 4 months, and no response from the boat.
I tried to register the product with them but never got it registered, trying it for the last 3 days.
The only store which I was able to locate was in South Delhi for which I need to pay more than cable for conveyance.
Go for a better brand
