Nokia 105 vs Samsung 1200
Good phone. Great battery backup.
I was confused between Samsung 1200 and Nokia 105. Finally, I selected this phone because.
- Nokia 105 can be charged using any universal charger. However, Samsung 1200 charging input is different so you have to always carry a Samsung charger with Samsung 1200.
- No FM in Samsung 1200
- Its Nokia. Nokia is great in basic phones.

I purchased this one for 1105rs. on amazon very fast delivery
the mobile look was awesome and the battery also stands by 3 days on light use…
pros :
1)battery life was OK, 800mah which gives you 1 day for hard use, light use gives you 3 days.
2)Nokia ringtone
3)Design was pretty good
4)build Quality was awesome.
5)lock Screen pin option
6)sound Quality was good at good signal strength.
cons :
1)lost Nokia originality Feel Little Bit From HMD Global.
2)some Times calls was auto disconnected behalf some network issue, but its OK if you restart it will fine
3)Flashlight will turn off if you are tried to lock your Screen.
5) 6 Games were built in . may that occupies more space in 4 Mb of this mobile. might be the network problem was because of this.
6)Sound quality was lost if the signal was low.
7)Lock Screen Changed . not like the old Nokia.
8)Software was s30+, it wasn’t gives you a look like the old Nokia Symbian OS.its completely new.
9)Nokia connecting people animation missed in this mobile.
Finally, you can buy it if you are Nokia Lover. It gives you a Nokia brand feel external all built quality and the ringtone was looks like an old Nokia…

Excellent device for all basic use.
Extremely durable, very good battery life, clear and readable display. Buttons are very soft to touch and light to press. Package includes handset, battery, and micro USB charger. No headphones included but that is very much acceptable. Has an inbuilt torch too. Speaker is not too loud but good enough. The only problem is you can not store multiple numbers under one name. That’s a bummer in today’s world as almost every person has at least 2 numbers. So your phone contacts will get filled in pretty quickly.

Solid phone
Got this as a spare phone, which can last a week without having to charge.
It’s surprisingly small and lightweight.
A week’s use and I still have 50% battery left.
For a price point around 1000INR, it’s the best option and brand to have.

Value for money
I bought this for my mother, and this mobile reminds me of nostalgia for using older Nokia mobiles which have an excellent build quality. The material used is plastic and I can’t complain based on its price point of view. Overall worth buying👌👌

Battery problem
The day before yesterday, I got this phone, I thought that battery backup will be good but its battery life is not last even for one day however I charged this phone to about 90%. Today evening I thought to call someone but I saw its battery remained about 3 to 4 %. I did not call anyone so how did it happen. One fun one is there on the top screen of the contact list which is so disgusting. If u save even the letter A name then also fun zone exists at the top. I tried to delete but there is no option to delete it.

Not the Nokia I knew.
My grandparents have had a great experience with Nokia handsets. Good battery life, durable, good sound quality. That’s all my grandma needed and it served the purpose. Of course, these were purchased offline and at a time when smartphones were not dirt cheap.
Guess now Nokia doesn’t make them as they used to or inferior/faulty devices are being sold online.
The day she received it, the call volume was low at her end but it was okay. But at the other end, there was static. We tried different sims, different locations but still the same. On Day 3 the call volume went down drastically and she couldn’t hear a thing. She could hear if she tried really hard and pressed the phone against her ear.
Totally disgusted by the product as it has been a nightmare for my grandparents during these tough times to get this phone working and no other means to contact.
Being a prime member I assured them that the phone could be replaced if there were any problems but for some reason pick up wasn’t available and they had to send the device back. I couldn’t ask them to do that. It’s harassment and sending it through courier is next to impossible for those old souls.
Very very disappointed. Never expected this from Amazon. Cannot rely on the service when I really need them.

A big NO, totally disappointing.
Don’t buy!!!
Reasons:
Usually, we buy this type of feature phone for parents or those who don’t understand too much in technology.
But I think Nokia is trying to grab money from each key pressed.
- there are some contact numbers that can’t be deleted and will cost you about 5rs/min if dialed by mistake. And that contact numbers are placed from the first contact.
- There are many menus, which will deduct money if clicked by mistake.
- Display quality is very poor.
- No ringtones options, only default Nokia tune and some tring tring ringtones are there.
- No value for money
- Totally disappointing
- Cant return after purchase.

Service Denied in Official Nokia Service Center
It is been around one month since I purchased the product. Facing some issues with the handset, so reached Nokia authorized service center for troubleshooting.
Unfortunately, in the Nokia Service Center executive denied doing service for the mobile – saying that all over India Nokia Service center don’t take Non-Android mobiles for any service.
Post that, I have contacted Amazon customer care – they initially refused to process replacement/support as the return period was over. Later Amazon CSE asked me to get a Service Denial Letter from the service center.
But, even after multiple request, Nokia service center refused to provide Service Denial Letter also.
This is the type of service, which we are getting from Nokia.
Nokia is not the same old Nokia.

Dangerous phone for elders
This is an extremely dangerous phone for non-tech-savvy people, especially elders.
- HMD global has included mobile numbers ( FUN ZONE) and certain apps on the phone. Your sim will be charged as soon as you open/call/buy them. You can not delete these contact/apps.
- The trackpad is designed in such a way that even advanced users will click the center button instead of scroll top/bottom.
If you buy this for your parents, expect their SIM to be charged without them knowing.
