Cooling issue
Do not buy if you are a developer or gamer this laptop overheats from the top where the screen is present and the screen can damage due to regular usage. I would recommend you to another laptop but not this it has a cooling issue

Screen Flickering Issue after Windows 11 update
I updated my laptop immediately to Windows 11. After that, I started facing, the screen Flickering Issue. Also, the return window was closed. I contacted HP customer care and he/she rolled back my laptop to Windows 10. The issue was resolved. Performance-wise, the laptop is fine.

Very bad service, screen issue. Suddenly goes off, Blinking. Give me back my money. Last time got dead pixel. The second item was received with 3 dead pixels.
