First Day Look:
- Installation took only 10 min.
- Windows starts in 10 seconds.
- Battery inbuilt and backup comes with more than 4 hours without any work.
- Comes with Intel 11 Gen i3 Processor (system shows speed 3.0GHz, 8 GB Ram, 256GB SSD ( approximately Windows space 50GB and free space 190GB…. better if could have 512GB is good enough).
- The camera is Ok compared to other laptops.
- The screen Quality is Very good.
- When I check HP warranty it shows starts with 31st May 2021 to 30th May 2022- remaining 11 months (kindly HP team & Apprio Seller can look at this subject).
- Windows 10 Home with Digital Activation (No physical product key backside) and MS office Student 2019.
- Price-wise is Ok… if better could have added wireless Mouse or Bag or Pen drive or Enclosure Case Cover.
- I feel this laptop is very suitable for SMB & Students’ purposes.

Good budget laptop
The laptop is good for people who use it for document editing, browsing, online classes/meetings, video watching
It May is not that good for people uses extensively for gaming, running long scripts, for better storage
Solution of warranty issue:
I saw many people rising issue on warranty, I can share my experience. You can use HP support assistant–>chat with an expert–>they will be asking share you docs of invoice with the serial number of laptop, and laptop backside image, which can be shared to HP people, they would update the warranty from date of purchase

Value for money laptop
Bought this laptop last week, I’m very satisfied with its performance and built quality. Don’t underestimate its performance by its processor, i3 11th Gen, it is way better than the old i5 processors, superfast with its turbo boost technology, up to 4.1Hhz. And it bundles with SSD and 8GB of ram, which gives extra performance to this laptop. The sound quality is ok, not extraordinary, comes with 720p decent webcam, which is enough for your online meetings and all. The keyboard is good for touch-typing. Boots up in less than 5 seconds. Battery backup is ok, easily getting 7-8 hours of continuous usage. The laptop is very thin and lightweight, so it is very easy to carry around. the touchpad is a little small, that’s the only con I noticed, and the display doesn’t have an anti-glare coating, but it’s not a major issue in indoor conditions, the display panel is bright enough to overcome this.

Satisfied
This is my first laptop, and am very much satisfied with it.
Display quality, build quality, lightweight… GREAT👌🏼
I was finding it difficult to find a display with IPS + Anti-glare at this price range. If you can find one, it’s good, but I’ll be using it indoors so I went with IPS.
For some 14 inches might be a little smaller than I felt in my first impression, but now am fine with it as I opted for compact size.
Regarding the battery, do not believe the description. It’s normal for 5 to 6 hours.
I only wish if touchpad was a little extended as there are enough spaces to extend.
As seen in other reviews there’s a warranty problem which can be fixed only by contacting HP Support Assistant. (Warranty period start 1 month earlier from the day you activate the Windows which can be solved as mentioned).

Great at this price point
Got this laptop primarily for online classes of my kid and for some zoom sessions here and there.
I have an official laptop (HP Probook, i5, gen 10).
The performance of this new laptop is better than the above-mentioned Probook. The primary reason for great performance is the SSD drive present in this laptop. The laptop boots up in less than 10 seconds including entering a password. MS Teams loads quickly.
The sound quality is good. The laptop has a premium feel.

Damaged item delivered 3 times
It is very frustrating to order from amazon, This is 3rd time I am receiving damaged order, It seems no quality check on the amazon site, Last time I booked a soundbar and it was a broken piece, this time I ordered a Laptop and touchpad is not working, Now there is no replacement available for this laptop, It will go for return after 5-6 days and then the amount will refund after 10 days something, This is not only blocking my money it is also disturbing my plan, Now I can’t order another piece until my refund not processed as I had paid from amazon pay wallet. Very frustrating.

Never Buy online
The product is not that great
1) The quality of the product is very bad… as it is very delicate, had to be handled with extra care ( Delicate Keyboard, looks like refurbished keyboard / Body to looks refurbished.)
2) Over Heating and the fan outlet is given right below the screen which is blocking the airflow
3) Be careful about the MS Office license key, if it does not work you will be made to go around a lot.

Battery discharge is high lost 35 percentage
In a time of 75 minutes, didn’t do any mammoth task only an online study. Anyone facing the same issue please comment.

It will take 17 seconds to get started and land on YouTube and 6 seconds to get shutdown

Fast, Lightweight, Great Screen. But very flimsy build
– Build quality is bad. Cheapest quality plastic used, laptop flexes make creaking sound everywhere.
– Trackpad is weird, feels broken but works well
– Glossy screen but I knew this before buying
+ Fast, boots to desktop in 6 seconds (remove MacAfee, bloatware), great battery life, beautiful FHD screen, lightweight, nice speakers. Other than build, everything else feels great.
If build quality is a major concern stay away. Try to check in person before buying because Amazon doesn’t allow return only replacement.

Warranty only for 9 months
While my experience with the laptop has been good no issues were noticed in terms of performance or battery at this price.
The only thing I regret is buying it online on Amazon as the warranty received is only for 9 months. When you check the warranty on the date of delivery which was just the next day of placing the order, the warranty shows as 9 months.
My advice is to avoid buying it on Amazon.
