Amazing Product
Very good product. After switching on it gets ready to use in less than 10 seconds and gets switched off in less than 5 seconds. Using multiple tabs at a time does not make anything slow. Heavy word, excel and PowerPoint usage is also smooth. The product is a recent launch in 2021 and is very useful in working from home or for online tasks. Best value for money. I exchanged my Dell laptop which was i3 and 4 GB ram and was very slow. For any decent use, the minimum requirement is i5 with 8 GB ram and in this product, the SSD, turbo boost, and graphics card make it much faster. Full HD resolution gives super picture quality.

Good Quality SSD Laptop
Bought this laptop for my kids to attend online classes. Fast booting in 10 seconds and smooth operation. Compared to other brand models in the same range, fewer features. No fingerprint reader order keyboard back-light. Sturdy look, Good display.

A good laptop
I liked the laptop. Very lightweight and convenient to use. Can go for it if you are looking for an everyday use laptop. Battery performance could be a bit better but in all I like it.

Best configure powerhouse with a sleek design
Beautiful looking laptop and immensely fast. We could run heavy programs like blender like a charm. However, the main issue is the heating up and the unmissable noise of the fan. That was the only irritant for me. If someone can bear with that, then best of luck, you have chosen a winner.
I gave this product five stars because of the commendable after-sales support Amazon extended to me.

Too much heating issue
Truly disappointed with HP. It’s a corei5 11th gen laptop, which heats up like old AMD laptops. I urge everyone not to go for this one. HP needs to think and change this model. Thanks to Amazon for accepting the return.

Keys depressed. Battery drains in no time. Looks renewed.
Battery life is extremely poor. Keys are depressed on the left and right sides. Heats up quickly. Have bought laptops from amazon before but this has been a bad experience.

Disappointed with quality
Got this laptop delivered fast and was quite excited about it but, unfortunately, it started showing errors from day 2. When I submitted for a replacement sellers wanted me to wait for inspection. Now just holding the unused box with me. They have not done the basic quality check before dispatch. Also, the laptop was configured months ago even before purchase so I am losing the warranty period. Quite disappointed with this purchase.

Processer
21 October 2021 I purchased this laptop. All the features are the same as present in the description. Only processor issue which I received 2.4 GHz only.
Many users are complaining the same but they are still not changing the product description at the bottom.
Replacing the laptop just to verify and wanted to get a high-speed processor as mentioned in the below description. It should be up to 4.2 not accurate 4.2 in the product description, which is very confusing.

Refurbished products for the price of brand new
Received the refurbished product. Only 8 months warranty left. Screen glue coming off. Did not expect this from Amazon. Only a refurbished product can have 8 months warranty instead or 1 year. And the screen glue coming off is a physical aspect that it was a refurbished product.
