You have 2 main objectives in answering this question.
You need to convince the employer that you like the company and think it is a place that you see as a good company This must be done without being to brash or sounding like it’s sucking up.
You must sell yourself by being professional and showing you have a knowledge of the company and have the skills and knowledge to bring something (yourself), to the company as a good thing.
Example: “I enjoy working with the public and want to continue to do so with a reputable company as I believe yours is. I have viewed your website and can see this is a company with solid foundations and excellent values.”
