Anyone can use the Skype for Business Mobile app when invited to a Skype for Business or Lync 2013 meeting. However, you must have a Skype for Business or Lync account in order to use (and enjoy) the full capability of the Skype for Business Mobile app. Also, some functionality might require an update to Lync or Skype for Business Server or might not be available to all users. –The Skype for business desktop version is smooth and works like a charm. The first thing I noticed on the phone app is that is saves every conversation..That fills up fast. Otherwise, it works and if I need to be contacted off hours this works fine.
-Terrible experience so far. It takes ages for the app to fully login (till the status stop being “updating”). It takes ages for unmuting ourselves (it keeps spinning for 10 to 15 sec, no idea when we can actually talk). Amount of disconnection in the middle of a call is too high, despite a good internet connection. The history of messages is unreliable, have unread message from messages I handled in desktop version even if the app was shutdown. Keeping the app in the background does not ensure me I will ever get a message… And even logging off is a challenge, often receiving messages skype cannot log off. For a “business” app, this is really unreliable!
-Like 90% of corporate apps it’s ugly, with bad UI and bad navigation. Built for users to suffer. Why you even call it Skype…
-Calls work good while on a solid connection. However, some settings (such as changing or setting up voice mail) are only available on the desktop app.
-Skype for Business makes business calls that I can count on to keep my information safe. With confidence that my calls are making it to the right people, Skype makes it simple yet precise.
-Desktop Chat instant messages won’t sync up with mobile. Mobile chat messages won’t sync up with Desktop version. Both the editions should work together and be in sync always.
-I get disconnected from a Skype meeting when i get a cellular call and end it. Is there a resolution for this?.
-Fix the sign in things…It’s a pain all around…I can sign in from particular network.
-Please add a lock screen functionality. Helpful for those taking skype calls while moving and in mobile.
-Just got the Skye for business calling plan preview setup for us in Canada. I’m loving the integration with exchange!

-Doesn’t sync mobile sessions with desktop/laptop by default. Only a admin can change this.
