-The recent version i.e 5.3.12 has made this app slower than previous version in respect of app opening time, login, and other operation within the app and final logout. It presents us with the message ‘loading…’ . Its a bit annoying given how the web or through mobile browser is quite snappier. Try to make the app smooth as well. Also there are few design flaws that hampers fluid operations. Thanks.

-For latest version 5.3.12 Worst app till now by SBI .Slow loading for everything…even login can’t perform quickly… please improve fast.

-Now it’s ok ok app, we need to login authentication by biometric authentication. Also on requesting for Aadhar updation it’s not able to do the same and resulting that data is not matching with bank details. But all other banks details are matching the same data.

-Still doesnt work with blackberry keyone. Says version details not avaiables and forces user to close. Old review: Doesn’t work with Blackberry keyone, probably because the App may be assuming permissions that the keyone, which is comparatively a more secure phone might be denying it.

-Reply needed !!! Application is not starting, only showing the starting page of SBI ANYWHERE . Please fix this problem I am using BlackBerry KEYone (Android Nougat) and latest version of SBI app 5.3.10 I just updated the app and now its showing “VERSION DETAILS NOT AVAILABLE”

-App is fine compared to other bank apps. Since there is penalty for not maintaining MAB, you should add a option to check whats our current MAB. This is right coustomer.

-In spite of repeated reminder for , add option to register payee or biller so that we can add payee or biller from application itself . they have not done this.i am posting it 5th time.

-I am not able to find my Bank Branch (Teen lalten Chowk Bettiah) in the list… Tried every possible option but failed. Please update the list… Thanks & Regards

-Good internet banking interface, sometimes app don’t respond, despite making numerous complaints since last 2 years, there SMS alerting system is very very poorly, when your account getting credit above 5000, in fact they don’t send SMS alert on high value amount credit. Chronic issue no one is attending, rest it’s a good banking experience

-This app doesn’t work. It used to work so easily in the starting but with all these udates they have ruined it. I have been trying from days to log in to my account but it only shows loading. It doesn’t work.

-Where is the Option to Add/Register Beneficiaries for Fund Transfer ? When an App says that there are no Registered Benificiaries , it should also provide an OPTION BUTTON to Add/Register Beneficiaries, that’s how things work. Most Annoying: Migrated from Freedom App but the Beneficiaries Registered in the FREEDOM App are Gone. Where are they ? Is it Possible to Reinstall FREEDOM App ?

-Help. While managing beneficiary I couldn’t login through profile password, as the app doesn’t have ‘image based virtual keyboard’. Kindly develop it or else having ‘manage beneficiary’ feature is useless.

-It’s a good initiative but the fact that you cannot open the app without giving it permissions to manage phone calls etc makes it look very dicey! Why does the app need these permissions anyway? I am not giving the permissions so I am unable to open the app. Please clarify.

-The app doesn’t load since the newest update v5.3.12. Stuck at the “Loading” screen.

-After latest update, the app has gone from bad to worse. Unable to login. Uninstalled and reinstalled but problem persists

-To the developers team i got a problem when i am going to login its display complete one time registration. But when i go registration page and enter my id and password then its show invalid ID. How can i solve this ?

-I don’t receive any code for one time registration on my mobile. SBI is already the dumbest slowest bank in the world. Why do they put multi layered login? What’s the point in having a dead unavailable service nobody can use? A password for login, another password for profile, yet another password for doing other important stuff and they are all mandatory. SBI should be a tribal only bank. Postoffice money savings is far more efficient and quicker than SBI. The quota system has put brainless useless people in important strategic administrative positions in this country. The people who are ineligible to run a kirana shop, they are appointed as the key strategists in all

-Some more updates required Ex. Address change, account transfer, mobile no change etc. In SBI bank branch sbi employees so much time taking for processing the form. Many sbi branch sbi employees no response. In other pvt. Banks online changes available and in applications also.

-After latest updation I am not able to login. It’s showing “We are having technical issues, Please try again later” fix the issue asap.

-The app work’s like youtube on BSNL network. I am not able to log into my account and the servers are slow as hell.

-Its very poor to perform usual banking activities. This latest version is too slow to open and can’t proceed any transaction.

-Regarding mini statement and mpassbook update, you are having technical issue since last month.. When it will be solved?

-*Update* Rating changed from 1 to 4. Everything’s working as intended. What a waste. Not able to login, even the website is useless now.

-After this update my user ID and password are said invalid. This is second time.
