Nyc pocket friendly hotels.. have been using oyo service for months now. We had some problem in checking in to the last property we visited.. but their executive AAKASH and DEEPA took care of it all.. and managed everything hassle free
Can you please include if hotel has facility of hot water or not ? Because where we stayed last hotel , they didnt have it and there was no way of knowing it . No mention anywhere on app and it is kinda deal breaker sometimes .also please clarify if breakfast for kid is included in booking or not , because they charge big amount of kid’s breakfast alone when they cant charge for whole family breakfast.
Every bad service we had with Oyo in mysuru never ever plan a trip with family by booking in Oyo.They have very bad customer support also

The OYO facility 2.5 years back in 2016 used to had better standards and scrutiny of the member hotels. But currently either their policies have been relaxed or the executives have found a way to exploit the norms and approve the incoming as well as ongoing OYO partners and the offered amenities and their standards. Of Course the OYO support staff appears to be willingly helpful, and in scenarios they even remburse the money too but money is not the solution. Ground work is needed else wise the legacy of Nokia might get repeated here.
Oyo hotels are amazing and loved to stay But I suggest people’s To pay cash than making online payment, in case you cancelled the booking you won’t receive the refund from Oyo instead whenever you follow up with customer care only one thing you’ll hear that is “process of refund is already initiated allow 7-14 days, no matter if you are following up after a month you hear the same and it’s been reiterated. M tired of calling Oyo and writing emails but til date cancellation refund has not been Credited. Stay aware and don’t make online payments if you are unsure of your booking at the perfect place and time.
Earlier the oyo experience was good but now the quality of oyo is very poor and pathetic. Recently i booked a hotel with oyo in Shirdi name Eshosans Hotel But the service way too poor and pathetic. The hotel staff, the room service was very poor and the complimentary mosquitoes was very welcoming. The ac didnt work at all. This is my worst oyo experience and will never go for oyo service from now.

Even in the new update… They have done nothing…. I think you will not be able to face against trivago.. They are much much better than you… You used to be good but now you have increased prices of all the hotels.. Nd excluded the conplimentary breakfast…your app is such a disappointment
Used this app first time today. Will never use it again. I book the room at cost 1200. Paid the complete amount at the time of check in. But at the time of checkout they increased the amount to 1700. I have the screenshot of by book at 1200. But no one helped. Oyo caption said “sir Mai kya KR skta Hu isme. Ap customer care me bat KR lo”. And whole thing end by paying the extra amount.
I m so disappointed with your service now OYO team. Earlier I used to book hotels through u guys also. At that time he service was good.But now I m seriously not happy. My issue is I have booked in the location BELTOLA, Guwahati..at the time of booking the price showing was 1251/-..but today when I checked out the receptionist told me that u have a pending amount of Rs.312/-..the price has hiked after it booking so u hv to pay that. Now u tell me r u seriously kidding with us. U hiked the price that ur problem not mine. Then why u have added that in my account.
I booked Kerala holidays with Oyo holidays. Had wonderful experience although need to improve upon day wise program which were hectic at some times. Especially hotels should be provided for trip which have their own restaurant to avoid inconvenience.
Oyo app is a really good app and easy to use. It comes up with great deals and good services. I had a great experience during my stay. I’d like to thanks team Oyo and especially Princey who helped me out when I had an issues regarding my room tariff. I’d definitely going for Oyo for my further hotel bookings
Its my request to all please don’t use this service, most of the hotel listed in this app is cheap and third class. I booked a hotel from this app name Hotel Eden in Jaipur, the manager there threaten to kill me and locked me in hotel. At last case resolved with help of police. I already filed a FIR. but one thing is sure OYO wont help you they are buisness minded and have no work ethics. Please use goodnsites like makemytrip and others.
Fake app , fraud , Don’t use this app. Cancelation amount will not be refund in any case don’t use this app anymore Oyo customer Care will not receive your call and once the receive the drop the call without resolve your problem
Please Agarwal bhai you’re inspiration to me but I suggest you to don’t compromise with quality at all. I find sevices not as good as it used to be a year ago during my visits to noida.

Its Good App one thing i appreciate that Oyo designs its rooms by own and provide its own washroom kit hence the rooms are exactly as they sgown at the time if booking Also Oyo customer care is very fast and responsive they take care of every negative feedback and even calls to Hotel also I was using Goibibi from last 3 years but niw i prefer Oyo
Oyo will change the amount while we pay and when u reach the hotel they ask for extra money….. I tried to contact the captain…. But not possible…. Customer care executives will inform that they understand our inconvenience but only seniors can do something
my booking id is FRQN8972 now oyo is nit able to provide good service and resolution to his customer they did not have good manner to speak and liston to customer they provide me bad room after that i complaint they tell sorry we did not provide any resolution to you and by fraudently they take my otp and use app by number for giving good rating and feedback they pe ding my issue sincr 28 july every day they tell me you will got resolutiin in 24 hours today i talk Miss Shailja goyal G.e.m (559398) she have not good manner how to speak with customer also she have not any information about my case with out any information she tell me wrong information about my booking and tell cleary we did not give you any resolution,,,,i have present all proof of this case but they did not give any resolution please guys dont trust on oyo ,,,, before some time oyo service is soooo good and super but now they give v.v.v.v.vbad service to customer and also did not give resolution.
