Rich profiles highlight your personality and interests. Questions inform our algorithm so we get to know your deal breakers, and what you care about most. OkCupid Discovery helps you search for people who share your passions. Our one-of-a-kind messaging system lets you focus only on the connections you’re interested in, and none of the ones you’re not. Sounds like a nice change, right?

So when I first signed up it was before this grand update. On most days I had a like one a week but from some Asian country where I wasn’t really interested. I did meet a couple interesting girls overseas but it obviously didn’t go anywhere. As soon as my a-list subscription expires I suddenly have 66 like? I don’t think so…. It’s a good free app to maybe talk with girls outside of your area if there’s not much to choose from where you’re at. Nothing more, and their false “like” system I find rather deceiving.

-According to the notification I’ve gotten 6 likes and 1 message but I can’t see anything. Not sure if it’s just a bait to become a member

-This app is pretty good. The double take feature should allow you to filter specific qualities as well. Also they need to improve the matches. I constantly see the same matches making me feel as if only a handful of attractive women are available

-I use to really enjoy this App before the update and had a lot more messages and matches now that Okcupid has gone the way off tinder and requires you to like someone before being able to communicate with someone (I don’t even bother writing messages before someone likes me when 90% of the time It doesn’t make a difference) plus getting constant reminders of A+ features that probably won’t help and the fact that if you get a like more often then not its blocked and you need to like 1000 profiles to find the one person that likes you. I really wish they stayed with the old format but understandable they want to cut down on the abusive messages but really all their doing is cutting down the user experience. Hopefully another dating site will come out or is out their that has a better matching system.

-I think the big drawback on this app is the ads delivery, I wouldn’t mind a clean framed ad here and there, but they literally blow up the fullscreen mid messaging and cause misclicks

-So far its got me interested in its matching algorithm. I’m mostly here to talk and hang out mostly but im impressed in the number of matches. Active users should get 1 weekly boost to be shown, imo.

-I think it is 2018 and the fact you can’t send pics via messager made you loose a star

-It was good, until one day my account got suspended for seemingly no reason.

-If only I could get to know who likes. Me….But it’s all good. Thanks to developer s.

-Good app, really focused on compatibility. Great format.

-Best app so far and I’ve tried three

-Easy to use and communicate.

-This is Billy. The personality tests are awesome.

-This is a really amazing and addicting App and dating platform. The questions are partly what makes it so addicting and fun to answer. Not all of the questions are great but a LOT are. I love how inclusive the app is to EVERYONE. The only thing I am not too fond of, is the fact that we need and have to pay a monthly prescription in order to see someone like or message unless we like them first and/or message. But other than that, brilliant!

-It would be overall a good app if it weren’t for the fact that I can’t see the messages that are sent to me at my inbox. I know they removed the function in order to let women have less messages in their inboxes but they should at least have the option to see the messages that have been sent to you without digging through thousands of profiles, because you can only see messages on the profiles now… It should be if you are getting too much mail, to only receive mail from your matches and vice versa. You should also be told if the person your messaging has unliked you so you wouldnt have to waste your time sending messages to someone who isn’t interested…

-Its ok but I went to delete my account and it claimed my password was wrong so I sent a resubmit to make a new password and it sent me to a malicious site. I got around changing though but when I attempted to delete my account, the app claimed that the deleteform or whatever its called wasnt working or invalid. So they try to force you to stay with the app and use hacking tools on their website. Fix this asap. I met someone and I want my profile down asap!

-OkCupid use to be better. Thanks to terrible people, OkCupid had to make adjustments that have the side effect that many people can no longer make connections. Additionally, if you want more attractive results or to show up more for more attractive people in searches, you have to pay a pretty steep price. So this site judges your attractiveness and money plays a role. It’s definitely strayed from its origins.

-I am no longer an A-List subscriber on OKCupid as they have messed with memberships harshly. We used to be able to do so much. Now the ONLY benefit to memberships is that you can see who LIKES you. Bookmarks are unavailable now. If you initiate contact via messaging, they disappear, and you can never view their profile until they respond.

-Don’t be fooled by bum statistics. I like that they’re trying to reduce abusive messages. They say they refuced them by 70%… I’m more interested in how many legit messages got “reduced” because of the new changes (what with people not willing to *like* someone just to read a message)… I did like people just to read their message (with no intention of starting a relationship) and respond out of common courtesy, and this app is using these acts of basic human decency to claim “30% more matches with the new system” Used to be better. Needs LOTS of work…

-Please for the love of god move the sign out and disable your account buttons apart!!! I went to sign out and thought I deleted my account! Who put the two of those RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER??? I nearly had a heart attack. Meeting finally someone interesting and thought I lost everything!
