App is good and have great features. After full KYC there is no limit i can transfer and receive big amounts. Fully digital bank no need to go to branch for any service all the services are available in the app. But the app is little bit slow while opening or login. Need to change the UI to a new attractive look.

Hey guys you did an amazing job by launching the 811 scheme. The app is far better than many other mobile banking apps. Just 1 issue that in my citi bank net banking i can avail the option of surrendering the fixed deposit via my mobile app only and please introduce some investment options for us… All in all an amazing app and bank
I have paid Airtel postpaid bill from this app. Airtel said that it will be refelecting after 5 days.. For a bill why 5 days? I didn’t reciveve my pin number. Professional courier didn’t deliver the PIN. But I got a message pin delivered. I am living in Town area but courier service stated in their web site out of delivery area. I don’t want this Account. Totally frustrating. Uninstalling. Good bye.
From last 9 to 8 months i am using kokat 811 account. Apps is eazy to use. My bank of baroad is not in list for add money in accout and other credit card option for add money. Please Update more option for credite card payment. Please reduces debit card transaction changes and issue debit card first-time for free. I hope’s you will slow my all query asap. App is just enough to avoid going to bank otherwise it needs some modifications. Like when user can’t see anything without login then better display logon page at first rather than showing home page which says login to view this section. Also have other non friendly points. I can’t see money sent to beneficiary on view and repeat transfer page

App gets hung at Accounts page after clicking 811 Quick Link, and cannot book appointment via app for KYC, or do anything for that matter. That page itself has weird content showing up (with tags and all that, and not the content). Also, cannot go back from that page, have to close and open the app to do anything in that.
The 3 stars only for the services you provide on 811. App features are also excellent. But the performance?? I may stuck in emergency just by opening app. Its just either showing system busy or showing a white line loading. And why to turn on Location every time I start it. You can ask it later when it requires right? But many thanks for the services.

App is most upgraded and useful with all quality nessecities which are all required for banking transactions. Should ensure by the customers on how safe & secure is this app while using. So far I haven’t found any such like troubles for the last 10 yrs
I don’t know why there is no Kannada Language option in your customer service??? So you don’t want to give any service to Karnataka people or just because of your negligence. When you have other languages option like gujrathi Tamil Hindi why not Kannada. How do we people communicate with your customer service executive in our local language. I don’t know why you people are so neglected about Kannada language
I used this account as my personal salary account . After credited my salary without reason 1000rs debited from my account and report to bank also. No one giving proper response to me. Caution: do not install this app don’t deposit money be careful
How can kotak cut my money. jab maine account khulwaya tha tab mujhe bola gya tha ki maintainance ya non maintainance ke naam pe koi paisa nhi kata jayega. I will not leave this issue.
I opened this kotal 811 account as per offer with the purchase of my OnePlus 6 as benefit like complimentary Protection plan. Purchased mobile on 27 May and opened account on 7 June but still no protection plan was activated, seems like I am cheated

Before I give 5 star rating for this app. But now I am going this because I can’t see my profile I can’t apply for credit card statement. I applied through IVR spent around 50 RS for statement i called four times waited for six hours for statement till now I didn’t get my statement. Very slow service I ever seen in my life. Kotak is getting worst bank.

What the hell? The app is not working for the past 5 days and it says the system is currently unable to process the request. Unable to even open the app. My money is struck. Even the website is not working. Let’s die for having account with KMB.
App has no option to file a complaint. Yesterday I did a upi transaction through this app and it failed . But the money was debited.so I checked other account and didn’t recieve the money. I still didn’t get refund .kindly tell me where should I contact …i have the upi reference no. Too

The Kotak app ui is not that friendly and it needs more security levels. The IMPS transfers are constantly getting declined due to some technical errors. And There is no prompt for banking password to complete the transaction.!! How could only mpin be the only level of security to login and transact..!??
I submitted my Account Closure application to the branch Chaibasa, Jharkhand on 24.05.2018 but till date no any response why? Branch Official said that he processed and he did not given any receiving of my application. I tried to contact customer service but couldn’t succes what I have to do. Please suggest me.
I was created kotak Machindra salary account before 6 year. After that i didn’t maintain balance on that. I dont know account number as well. I want to start new zero balance account. I installed app from play store. And while creating new one then its snowing errors like you cabt create new account. I eant to solution. I eant zerp balance account

I am changing my review after completing the full KYC of my account. As my account is working without any limits now, I am not facing any issues with the app. The app is easy to use, quite user friendly and works like bliss. However, I would like to see a modern UI in the app like apps of other competitor banks. Keep it up.
World of banking in hands, thanks to Kotak people for making banking so simple. But I have few suggestions / complaints: 1. Application is little bit slow 2. I have ordered debit card, for that there is no notification of status of my debit card
The service is very poor. Made multiple inquires for opening a blocked account but the customer executives have no idea what that is nor can they connect me with someone who does. They suggest I go to a branch and inquire.

Needless to say it is worst bank with worst services. Worst in customer sevices. PCD charges! Web that never works. I hate this bank. 2 issue. 1). I am not able to reset my net banking password. 2). Even if I succeed at random, Portal never allows me to logon to and blocks my password in 3rd attempt.
