Add a quit application button at the main page and user should be able to get back at the previous page at any given time. Also, app should require OTP for transaction just to add one extra layer of security. While adding beneficiary it requires OTP, the app neither supports auto detection of OTP nor it allows to paste it if we have copied it from the message.
I would have given 5 rating I loved using this app since 2015. Since last couple of update I am not able to connect from my mobile internet. I have 3G connectivity with high speed internet however it’s not getting connected the fun part is it’s easier in connecting low speed WiFi..! I have fedup using in many urgent situation.. If the issue persist and developers not giving a solution I have to stop using Axis banking services for ever.
BUG BUG BUG… In the latest update every time when I tried to login 1.50 Rs deducting (SMS cost)… Not sure how many time we have to authenticate our self.. is that a bug? OR doing intensionally??? Not sure.. Requesting you to please rectify this issue otherwise people may stop using it and block axis accounts….!
Simple, easy and helpful app with effifient banking services. Only one thing if can be done to allow an aption of loan closure in app or if not possible then atleast have an option to raise an request of loan closure that will be received at a axis bank loan center and an executive will be visiting at loan applicant and will done all loan closure procedures. if loan can be closed with axis bank app then it will be a great facility from axis bank to their customer. If applicant can get a insta loan then closure should also be provided here in this app as NOC i know is available and we can download. Please think on this option and do needful.
I was facing a login issue for past 2 months . Customer support team is unable to resolve the issue. Every time they are asking me to follow the same installation procedure instead of resolving it. I was using this app which allowed me to use mobile banking so easily. Issue got solved now. And ease in banking is back
Its very convenient to use this app for daily transactions. You can add beneficiary within a minute and can transact with it quickly. I like this feature the most. Another thing is, they keep updating this app to make improvements. One start added as issue with UPI is resolved as per suggested steps done from my end. Thanks team. Keep it up.
I giving u 5 star for ur service but bit giving u 1 star. Bcoz I’m going to ur CHAKAN branch for opening current account. And I submit all documents but ur executive Pranit Patole no give me response any cal or msg after 25 days he said to me in bad type language that aap document vapas lelo.or dusri jagah open krlo. Now I open account in cosmos Bank. And account open within 5 days
When I opened a Axis mobile App it shows my balance is in minus. If I done something in app means it’s ok but still I am not done one-time authentication for my Axis Mobile App then how it is possible to deduction or to charge even this is my salary account (zero balance account).This is my first deal with Axiss bank and I am disappointed with your banking.
This message is for the Axis Bank guys- if you want to survive in future, please don’t cheat customers. To register, firstly this app will send sms from your sim and straightaway sms charges will be deducted and then the app will hang , so you will not be able to register. You might have to then forcefully exit the app. When you again open the app, you have start from scratch again the sms would be sent from the app, and your money would be deducted, and again the app hangs. Rather than sending sms , why not send otp to authenticate ?

After the latest update or glitch,neither can I view my account transactions nor am I able to transfer money to anyone as for the former I was asked to open a savings account and even after doing so was not able to access the same. When trying to transfer money was asked to open a UPI account. And when choosing tge select bank option, it said that the account does not exist. This used to be a wonderful app..
Iam opening ASAP online bank account.I need to change my mobile number.Ihave digital debit card (or) virtual debit card. Iam calling customer care. They said please upgrade KYC nearest bank.iam going to bank upgrade to KYC.They said we have not permission to change Mobile no. In app mobile number change option please (or) service request of mobile number change.Please Solve this issue as early as possible i have virtual debit card no need of physical debit card.Iam already have been submitted my KYC in nearest axis bank i ask change my mobile number.They said we have not permission to change your mobile number
Unable to login more then 100 rupees deducted in SMS verification only ..This is complete rubbish . Axis Bank must think twice before making this worst app ..why to sent SMS from SIM card..they can also sent message from there service n cross check by installed app… kindly take a note of it
It keeps hanging, while making transactions suddenly the app hangs and you need to manually clear cache to resolve. Its very annoying. Tried reaching to the support but no luck. Its not a connectivity issue, because each time cache gets cleared, it works but only for a minute or two and again you need to clear cache. Never faced this issue earlier, its been happening since i started using it on Samsung S8.
Your application is not working in Android Oreo 8. There are a lot of people who are complaining for the same but instead of listening to them you are asking to log support request on your website. And your support team have only stupid troubleshooting steps. Instead of asking us to log ticket, ask your developers why this app is not supporting in android oreo 8. There must be a bug in your application. Strictly do not reply the same copy paste msg which you are replying to others. If I don’t get a solution in a month then surely I will quit to your banking services.
From last one week tried solution given by Axis Bank app team its not working. Also tried to seek help through axis bank website and social media handle of Axis bank on Twitter and Facebook but no reply. Is this your level of Customer service???

Awesome app I have used till now for mobile banking. Very user friendly. I would go ahead and suggest that one in every family shouls have axis Bank account and this app. Very easy to transfer money. My wife is in It she needed money fof see urgent work I just transferred in few minutes at glance.
Hello Axis Bank, I would wish to bring it to your notice that, these days most of the smartphone are finger print access enabled. Can you please add them up to this app for first login ? Because at public places it’s pretty difficult to use by keying in 6 digit password everytime. Also this can be added to authorize payments and transfers in addition to the Mobile banking password for extra security layer. Please you may consider this enhancement, as this could be beneficial to users. Thank you.
Worst app I have ever seen for banking. I didn’t know why your app is too much slow. I got just loader for many seconds. Please refer other banks application. And if possible then optimize/ boost your API’s. So, you may get fast output.
The services of Axis Bank customer care sucks, I can’t connect to your customer care, no body picks up the phone in the bank branch, axis Bank app has discrepancy in the account as compared with the messages received by the bank, unnecessary deductions by the bank which are not shown in the app yet the money is short. When I opened my salary account I was given assurance that my account is a zero balance account and yet I see deductions. Really disappointed with such a horrible service to expect from a nationalized bank.
As soon as I enter my pin it says your pin is old and I’d have to update it which is good, but when it takes me to the process to update pin it says the service is not available at the moment please try again later It has been happening since ages now and I’ve to log into the website everytime. Can you please fix this issue?
Newly opened account, mobile number registered, gets bank sms in spite of that mobile app says generic failure then says “Your activation message SMS has not reached us,…” Tried installing again, same issue. Apps is also slow, death slow. Handset – android, Oreo OS. Please test thoroughly then release to public.
It use to be very smooth and fast earlier. Since a month, I have been struggling to use this and finding very disgusting. It’s highly slow, not.opens sometime, navigation has issues, etc Aren’t you guys check/test before releasing the latest versions? If you need a testing team, let me know I can get you one! Seriously disappointed..
After the recent update App open is very slow some times time out. From the previous update app is very slowly please fix the problem I also deleted catches and uninstall and install the app. Do not send copy paste answers to me fix the problem
I have reset my mpin using forgot password and it is set. But I am unable to transfer money to my other account in non axis bank. Error show that my mobile number is not linked and I have to delinked and to register again. I have not changed my number with bank account and I am receiving Sms etc. Then how it is delinked. I reinstall app and same error message coming. I have not changed mobile phone also.
First of all Axis team you take 10,000 minimum charge for opening ac acount and then your website and app does not even work…… What type of services are your providing iam the ex customer of HDFC but I want to say there service is far better then yours. I regret that I left HDFC account just for your account seriously
It is a great App..Very user friendly.. the only pain point is why are we expected to add a payee while making NEFT transaction, I also use Kotak App but they do not ask to add a payee while making payment. They only ask for Acc jumber and IFSC and straight away performs the transaction.
App is good… But don’t trust VPA. Since last couple of days, I am unable to do anything from UPI, not even balance refresh. Every time I try, is says technical issue and logs me out of app. This is frustrating.
I have Axis bank credit card and according to customer care this app should work for me to access my card information online. I have tried this app multiple times over last few months everytime a get an error message saying wallet and related services are restricted for you . Please contact customer care….. who are clueless about the solution.
This app was good few months back. Lately(since 2018) the apps has gone slow and most of the times fails to even start(the login page keeps buffering). I have liked axis bank and their service but this app has been sucky lately
