User Reviews:-

-I like the app. But it just tries to eat my dataplan whenever i enable mobile networks. And there is a “download via wifi only” option. But there is no “use only wifi when watching” option. There is no use of pre downloading lectures if its gonna use mobile networks anyway. I want to watch what i have dowloaded without having to turn off my own mobile network. You could and an option like netflix does.

-The limited time offers are excellent value, allowing you to buy and try lots of courses that were on your toto or wish lists. Even if you buy a course and only learn one or two important things from it, its quite possible it would still be money well spent. At the full listed prices I would be a lot more wary about buying so many courses, so I’m hoping the limited time offers are really 365 days 😉

-Be careful some of the instructors might not be understandable because of accent. English isn’t their native language. Once you find an American instructor with English as native language it’s amazing! Even though they all are great teachers you want to pay for the ones you understand. I blew 30 bucks on instructors I didn’t understand. Must substitute the course before paying to take it!

-I am in an online coding bootcamp and I learn best by reading, followed by immediately drills over and over again, whilst initially watching an instructor do examples. I was beginning to really struggle with basic Java concepts but then I remembered Udemy. I bought the highest rated JS course in the platform. Extremely affordable btw. I am not struggling anymore and I only started using the course 2 hrs ago. Highly recommend!

-I love Udemy, especially when courses are on sale. The app is great for the most part but most of the time I can’t figure out how to access resources. PDFs look like they’re about to download, but then they don’t I can’t figure out if they are actually downloading to my tablet or opening somewhere else. It needs to work better. I think most of the times they just don’t download or open at all. So that is very frustrating.

-It’s a very well organized app and content is very good. I highly recommend this app. Make sure to look for the right content so you need to read the scope of the course and description all the way before signing up and avoid any surprises. Good luck!

-The app is by far the best learning app I have ever used. They have a variety of courses and I feel it beats skill share because it doesn’t have monthly subscriptions but instead cheap courses and free ones that you can buy if you want to. There is also a variety of free courses that will help you like crazy so you need to check out this app, I love it.👏🤘

-Over all app is well designed. I have rated less just because it doesn’t show a warning when I accidentally click on the downlod symbol and it directly removes a predownloaded video it’s frustrating and waste Soo much of data as we have to redownload the video.

-I often work in the wild and remote areas so I decided to use the app to download episodes offline. I didn’t realise the app can only be stored/operate on internal memory. The course Im doing is pretty lengthy. So I didn’t have enough space. Overall the app is great and works just fine. I guess it was an oversight on part.

-The courses and price is great, but the app is disapppointing, especially the download feature. The problem so far: 1. Some lesson cant be downloaded, or it can be downloaded, but the download progress is stuck. 2. Download finished, but it start over again. 3. Download start over when connection not stable. It hurts my data usage.

-You need to add a feature to collpase(like a bootstrap accordian) sections of a course. There’s so much unnecessary scrolling when i have to look for a later chapter. There is no share course button!! Whaaaaaaattt?? Each time i have to google it for so.. In landscape mode, the lecture plan should ne visible on left side. There’s no button to skip to next video after it ends.

-How the content is delivered is fine. My complaint is that when I stop a video and go to my home screen, it starts back up in the background. When I come back hours later, it’s playing videos and tells me that I’ve completed videos that I haven’t seen because it’s just been chugging away in the background.

-It’s an amazing app. Best courses available. I have recently faced one issue. I had some lectures downloaded from one of my courses in udemy however now even after downloading them I cannot play the lectures without internet. Can anyone help me with that

-I love this app, the ONLY PROBLEM is that the study material/pdf/resources can only be opened once on the app, even the download link stops working after the first time, you’d have to log in on a browser on your phone or computer to download it. Shich doesnt kill the learning experience but would be nice if this was fixed.

-So I’m rating the app itself and it’s fine. As far as content so far, very basic. However, when the courses are reduced in price its not too bad to waste 10-15 bucks on them. You can always pick up something new but so far nothing I have seen is worth more than that.

-App takes times to buffer or play the video very long, to watch the 12 min session it took me more than 40 mins to watch it where as internet speed was good. Please do something guys otherwise it’s really pathetic to watch session or course.

-Udemy is excellent with courses on any subject and at at reasonable prices. However, I am getting loads of notifications that are impossible to turn off within the App. The settings simply don’t allow you to disable them and you get a tonne of flash sale notifications.

-IT training slide shows can be so tedious without a decent presentor and this guy does it quite well. Good content, clear understandable audio at higher playback rate, easy to just follow along or skip around.

-UDemy is a program that will opens up a world of learning that’s quite good in it’s content. The most expensive course that I paid for was $9.99 which was a complete and I mean complete course in web development. I have taken similar courses which have cost hundreds of dollars. Highly recommended.

-Once it downloaded lectures to sd card and that haven’t repeated since then. Idk the problem was in app or in my phone. Great app, sorry for my one-start review

-Great app. It has helped me a lot to study tech subjects. But the download feature stopped working and now I cannot watch anything offline.

-Content is still great, but the app has taken a turn for the worse since I last used it. Every time I leave and come back after some amount of time, the app has trouble continuing. Either the app is frozen completely, or the next video won’t load, and I see the spinner forever. When I’m able to back out of the video player, the UI is frozen and nothing is selectable. ANR, then crash. I downloaded the entire course to try to get around it, but still happens. I can no longer recommend this app while it’s behaving like this. (Galaxy Tab A on Android 7.1.1)

-I enjoy Udemy immensely. I’ve bought multiple courses. I previously had a lower rating, but their customer service is phenomenal. I encourage everyone to try at least one course on Udemy. They have a 30 day guarantee if you don’t like it.

-Thank you for existing. This is perfect for us of the first world who have everything at our disposal. You want the dream, here it is. Choose to pursue it, and Udemy will guide you. Just do it! 6 figure income and beyond is mine!

-Fairly simple to use, but has a few issues. Firstly, my (web) enrolled courses don’t appear in My Courses. Even after I’ve started to use them in the app. Secondly, it’s great that I can download to the app, but some videos seem to “stall” downloading. For example, on a course I’m currently downloading, its taken 43 minutes and still going to download. Others take a few mins :-/

-I absolutely loved Udemy on my PC. I don’t typically download apps, but this one was worth it. The app allows you to download videos. This is especially useful for when you go on your break at work, or for a particularly long drive.

-Really helpfull content. I am revising my cisco routing concepts but in actual i am clearing them now. I think it will cost me less of my IT training than the classroom programme locally present plus here i can gain skills in fast pace manner as being a professional you dont have time.I hope it will really enhance my career bring me in good comptative zone.

-this app is a gteat initiative which aims at the online study…for me this app is commendable. i would thoroughly recommend this app to everyone cause this app is for all sorys of subject or on even hobbies… but i must say the speed or i say app is not that much smooth..

-Everything is Excellent. But small problem in sub title translation. Some times it taking other words related to voice pronounciation or some other words in subtitles. Apart from that courses are excellent.

-Fortunately I got mother’s day special discount for the courses I was looking for, other wise I couldn’t use this application. Any how I would say that if the offer on the course comes regularly then people like me can use this app.

-There’s a reason why this app is #1 in education and why it is editors choice! It comes with 30 days refund policy so don’t hesitate and must try it once. Hope udemy will serve like this in future also. Simple user interface not so complicated like others (i have tried most of them). And after completing the course you will get certification of that course. Thank you udemy and the instructors.

-The only issue is while casting to TV. You cannot get full control for instance to go back or move forward. I have to stop the cast go bacl and reconnect. Otherwise its a great app. Thank you team.

-If u want to learn something new about codings or to create something better all u need to do is to learn in udemy….this app helps u to learn many things about codings and I love this app. I bought JavaScript and python for 1300 and now am learning JavaScript it’s awesome the lesson were clear and it’s easy to understand… Wanna spend ur precious time useful just install this app it gives u free course’s too.

-I will give 5 stars, however there’s some problem while trying to load the downloaded videos in the offline mode. Despite of that, is a great app.

-The course that I chose is pretty good. I cannot talk about all courses, though, but I am sure regular users and rating profile should take care of that

-Love it, it has taught me new information about card meanings i wasnt able to get through online searches and tarot reading apps i have used in the past. And I havent even completed the course. Im already impressed.

-App is good, but from the recent update it is crashing frequently, that too on downloaded videos, I m getting message that this video cannot be displayed, plz watch it in pc

-I used to block the app from accessing my mobile data, since it hogs my bandwidth, now I can’t even do that… this could be an issue with my android, but happens only with udemy. Another issue is that courses that I make available offline, stays available even after deleting all offline content, which makes it hard to search for courses that I downloaded to watch.

-It’s a great app. The only issue I have with the udemy app is I have not figured out how to discard certain courses that I want to delete off my account
