I loved this app . It is easy to use, but to be honest I have to say that the customer support is very bad.A few days before I had some balance in my wallet.But now it is showing that my balance is zero.I tried to contact the customer care many times but no response from the customer support end.worst customer support team ever. One more thing ,there is no option for paying electricity bill of KSEB customers
-I’m revisiting my rating for your app. I have to say I initially didn’t like it, but now I’m loving it. I like the interface, the logic you have applied on all transactions and so on. My only concern being you need to improve on your coverage and more places need to start accepting phone pe. Thanks guys!!
-I love this app compare to any UPI app in the playstore. Very simple interface and user-friendly. But the customer support is worst compared to other. I am giving 1* because I love the app not the customer support. If Phonepe will continue like this kind of customer support,in coming day it’s not going to survive the competition. Hope for good and they will consider my review
-Though some time bank balance does not show but overall its very good app. Lots of cash back offers which are far better than paytm however few things can be improved like crediting of wallet through credit card as well.
-To PhonePe Developers and feedback department, kindly provide an option to disable the notification and reminder for the operator, which user don’t want. Sometimes i pay the bill of my friends and get notifications everyday which is damn irritating

-Nobody can help me… I already raised a ticket for cashback..but 2 days gone. But there is no any revert from your side.. It’s very disappointed.
-It is a very good app, I didn’t face any problem with this app. Those user who gave 1 star for this app it’s not justify with the app because total service of this app are good. One thing is to update for this app is plz provide pin for wallet app and while starting of app security pin option provide for increasing security like bhim and last best app I ever had.
-There is a major big in t app.. while registering t account, it checks t GPS location.. bcos of this, I was not able to register my Tamilnadu number when I was in Bengaluru. But it worked when I tried registering for an account from Tamilnadu. I have all my bank accounts linked to TN number, how do you expect UPI to work???
-Good app and reliable service provider which makes money transaction easy and simple with an offer of cash back .Also eases bill payment at a fraction of time. Some times ads come on display which make interruption else it’s good in all.
-Good apps but customer care service is too poor. Today I recharged my DTH but system shows pending transaction till now. I contact customer service but I haven’t refund nor transaction successful till now. All are good only customer service is very bad
-The app has a super flexible platform with super inefficient customer support. I have got a refund from flipkart as transaction was successful but fulfillment was not done. After some one month’s repeated conversation I get to know that they even not understood my issue. I have provided them the refund transaction id as well. Without providing any resolution they even have closed my issue stating that it has been resolved. I loved the app, but the unprofessional behavior from their customer support left me irritated… one month is over i still have not received the refund. My ticket id is 4775784
-Everything is just fine apart from login. Due to official reasons i cant use my smartphone inside my office hence i switch the simcard to a basic handset. When i need to make a payment, this app wont login if i don’t have a sim in it. Can you provide normal login with just user ID and password?
-It is not good app because it has no wide feature to contact care. No response when write about transaction failed. Totally useless.
-I m not able to withdraw my phone pe balance to my bank account.i know the cashback scheme that can’t be withdraw but i m not able to with draw my Flipkart returned money to bank. FIX THIS PHONE PE. otherwise a good app
-I got a good experience for the last some transactions. in earlier there is a lag in refund and some errors in paying. But i think now the app solved the issues and completely smooth performance. Also getting good offers in many recharges and other cashbacks.
-The king of cash back.Never seen an app which gives so much cash back ever.You get cash back in sweets stall, snacks store ,Mkretail outlet and for various bill payments.Also they give % transactions. Highly recommended this app
-You are already making it more marvellous but some flaws payment failure is sometimes painful and one more plz add payback point encasher like mobiquick is having so we can encash from Dr/cr/other cards

-visa payment is not trustworthy. your bank will receive payments far after the payment date and also phonepe does not take any responsibility of the same. worst experience

-Phonepe is tricky.Always belated response for queries .Precisely no wallet is good. Cheaters,,Paytm,mobikwik,phonepe,tez,freecharge,payzapp wallets are here for only trick customer to suck the blood.Be aware of addiction on it. Politics problem.Digital India banned
-Recharge karne k baad kai baar recharge pending rah jaata hai..Isko short out kijiye.paisa account se debit hone k baad pending kyun rehta hai?
